A lot of power comes from the intensity you put in. Push past limits and conquer the results. 

The hardest battles are fought in the mind before they are ever fought in the gym. You have to know where you are going. You have to feel the end result before you even pick up the weight. This series... this is my reminder. A reminder of the intensity required. A reminder that I’ve been here before, and I will be here again. The blueprint is drawn. Time to build.

Actually this more than a biography, I would say it's a kind of short memoir of my Life.  Born in Eastern Europe during the communist era, I grew up in a time that shaped resilience, adaptability, and perspective. They were strange years — full of ideals on the surface, yet deeply restrictive and quietly dictatorial. Because of that, I don’t blame anyone for the wrong decisions.
