The Spec methode

Yes, we are stepping into the future! 

You might think that’s obvious, but I mean it quite literally. 

Everything I once saw as science fiction when I was younger is now becoming reality.

Take movies, for example — we’ve turned our fantasies into reality. Think about the first Mad Max, where the world faced an energy crisis. Well, in the past three years, our energy costs have doubled.

We’re now creating ultra-realistic Ai videos, like burning down the Hollywood sign or having DJ Putin perform live.

My Apple Watch talks to me and keeps track of my health.

I control the lights in my house with my smartphone.

So yes, I truly believe that what we imagine eventually comes to life.

And that’s exactly why I believe in the following theory,

The Spec technique involves clearly selecting your desired prize, projecting your win through visualisation and affirmation, expecting it with unwavering belief, and finally, collecting your prize. 




Select it
As the name suggests all you have to do in the first step is to select what you want. choose what exactly you want. 

Project it

Now you know what exactly you want. So now you have to feel as if you already have it even tho it is not true. 

Expect it

Once you’ve decided what you want and you have a picture of the thing that you are desiring for. Now you have to Expect that thing to happen. 

Collect it

And the last step is to collect. Collect what you asked for. and be ready to receive it and be grateful for getting it.

Actually this more than a biography, I would say it's a kind of short memoir of my Life.  Born in Eastern Europe during the communist era, I grew up in a time that shaped resilience, adaptability, and perspective.
