Let’s talk about night shifts.

Working night is underrated, and let me tell you, it’s not as easy as it looks. 


Nights are dark, you want or not less light affects everyone. 

Eating at night is something we have to do, but it’s unhealthy and goes against our natural rhythm.

I’m not looking for sympathy by sharing these facts, I just want to give you a clearer picture of what night shift work is really like so that everyone can better understand. 

It has a negative impact, and finding balance isn’t easy.

Think about it: while you’re enjoying a cozy Christmas evening, we’re working. When you’re celebrating the New Year, we’re working. Your friends throw a birthday party, and guess what? We’re working.

Of course, we chose to work nights, but someone has to do it. And switching between day and night shifts makes it even more difficult.
