If we clearly define what we can offer and where our limits lie and communicate this to the customer, the customer truly becomes king. This way, the customer knows what to expect, we can fulfill our promises, and the customer knows exactly where they stand.

Actually this more than a biography, I would say it's a kind of short memoir of my Life.  Born in Eastern Europe during the communist era, I grew up in a time that shaped resilience, adaptability, and perspective. They were strange years — full of ideals on the surface, yet deeply restrictive and quietly dictatorial. Because of that, I don’t blame anyone for the wrong decisions.
